Thank you for booking with Hair Haven! Please read the following policies to ensure a smooth appointment:
• No guests or pets are allowed during your appointment.
• There is a 15-minute grace period for lateness. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. We understand things happen and allow rescheduling once within 30 days using the same deposit.
• Deposits go towards your overall service and will be deducted from the total. However, any cancellation made on your end will result in a loss of deposit.
• Please arrive with your hair detangled and washed unless you have added on a wash.
• Remaining balances must be paid in cash. Other payment methods will incur a 13% tax. We look forward to meeting you soon!

Order Processing: Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing to ensure each product meets our quality standards.
Shipping Options:
After processing, orders are either scheduled for pickup or shipped within 1-5 business days. Choose the option that suits you best.
Pickup: Local customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup at our Peel Region, Ontario location.
Shipping Notifications: You will receive email notifications with tracking details once your order is dispatched, so you can track your package’s progress.

At Hair Haven, we pride ourselves on providing premium-quality hair products. Therefore, all sales are final. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will inspect the product and, if a defect is confirmed, offer a replacement or refund. Proof of purchase and defect is required. Thank you for your understanding.
